Yes. Anchilex devices are designed for motorcycle use and can withstand rain and normal outdoor riding conditions.
Can I remove the display when I park my motorcycle?
The standard installation is currently fixed. Quick-release modules are coming soon, allowing A-One Pro and A-Max Pro displays to be removed more easily when needed.
Does the product come with a warranty?
Yes. Anchilex products include a 1-year standard warranty.
Can I install any app on the device?
A-Max Pro: Yes. Because it runs a standalone Android system, you can install compatible Android apps directly on the device. A-One Pro: No. It works through Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, so available apps depend on what those platforms support.
Do I need my phone to use it?
A-Max Pro: Not for its main functions. It operates independently with its own Android system and supports standalone navigation and apps. A-One Pro: A compatible smartphone is required for CarPlay or Android Auto projection.
Can I use navigation without an internet connection?
Yes on A-Max Pro. You can download supported offline maps in advance and use navigation without relying on a constant mobile data connection.
Does A-Max Pro support a SIM card?
Yes. A-Max Pro supports 4G connectivity through a SIM card and esim, allowing compatible online apps and services to work independently from your phone.
Does the system record both front and rear video?
Yes. Compatible Anchilex camera systems support front and rear recording for broader riding coverage.
Can Anchilex devices withstand extreme heat and cold?
Yes. Anchilex devices are designed to operate in demanding riding conditions, with a supported operating temperature range of -60°C to 60°C. This makes them suitable for use in both very cold and very hot environments.
