Anchilex Introduces Standalone mmWave Radar for Motorcycle Blind Spot Detection (NEW)
Anchilex is expanding its motorcycle accessories portfolio with a new Standalone 60GHz mmWave Radar. Designed to work independently.
This standalone radar continuously monitors traffic behind and beside the motorcycle, detecting the distance, direction, and relative speed of approaching vehicles.

Plus, external warning indicators light up when a vehicle is detected or approaching, giving riders an additional layer of awareness.
The alert system communicates different traffic situations:
- Solid red light: Vehicle detected
- Flashing red light: Vehicle approaching
- No light: No vehicle warning detected
Unlike camera-only systems, millimeter-wave radar does not depend on visible light. This allows the system to work effectively across a wide range of riding environments, including darkness, rain, fog, dust, and changing light conditions.
